I don’t want to send the tracking number to my customers. How can I do that?

If you have connected a Shopify store to Yakkyofy, every time we will ship an order we will generate an automation which will allow your store to send your customer an email with the tracking number related to that parcel.

If you don’t want your store to send this email, visit the Personal Account > Settings Tab and unclick the option “Send tracking numbers via email automatically” that you see in the image below.

Then click on the Update button.
