In case you may need to request information regarding an invoice you can follow these steps:
- Login to your Yakkyofy account and click on "Need help?"
2. Then, once the assistance menu will be displayed, click on "Contact us"
3. By clicking on "Select" you will display a menu on which you will find the option "Invoice".
4. When selecting "Invoice", you should fill the following information: Problem description and invoice number. Then you can also upload a screenshot showing the issue or error you display
