Each time one or more of your orders will be fulfilled on Yakkyofy, the tracking number will be automatically shown on the Yakkyofy dashboard in Orders> Dropshipping, it will also be uploaded to the eBay orders’ details.
Yakkyofy allows you to send the tracking numbers via email directly to your customers, all you will need to do is following these simple steps:
Click on the profile icon at the upper right corner of the screen.
Then click on Settings.
You will finally display the Settings page, in which you will find the App Settings section.
If you select the first option, your customers will receive an email with the international shipping’s tracking number.
And if you will select the second option too they will also receive the last mile tracking number. (this is the local tracking number, provided when the package reaches the destination country and the local forwarder has the package)
Please note that due to eBay’s policies the tracking number has to be provided as soon as possible, hence it is not possible to avoid sending the international shipping’s tracking numbers even if selecting the second option, since the last mile tracking numbers might take more time to be made available and to be trackable.
