How can I change shipping options?

With Yakkyofy you can change the shipping method for all your orders (A) or for specific orders (B), here are the steps you should take in each of the cases:

A. How to change Default Shipping Method

The default shipping method on Yakkyofy is standard Special Line (9-15 business days), if you want to switch to Premium Special Line (5-10 business days) you can follow these steps:

1 Click on the icon at the upper right corner of the screen to access the menu:


2 Click on Manage Profile


3 Click on Settings


4 Scroll down until you display Shipping Plan and then select Premium Special Line


5 Finally, click on Update


Please note that Premium Special Line is only available for the following countries: Canada (for a limited number of zipcodes), France, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, United States. This means that for all the other destinations we will use the fastest shipping method available.

B. How to change Shipping Method of individual orders at the checkout

1. If you want to change the shipping method for a single order, first visit the Orders>Dropshipping tab and click the Cart Icon or the Checkout button


2. Select the order and click show details


3. Click the menu and select the desired option


Please note: this feature is not available if you’re automating the payments with your eWallet balance, since the orders will instantly be paid once transferred and will be shipped with the method you selected based on the procedure shown at point A.
