How to ask for assistance regarding technical problems

In case you may need to request information regarding technical problems you can follow these steps.

Please start off by logging in on Yakkyofy. Then, please click on "Need help?" on the bottom left part of the dashboard:

Then, please select "Contact us":

You will land on the following page, where you will notice the "Category" tab:

Please click on "Category" and then on "System Issue":

Then, please click on "Issue type":

Please select either "SKU error", "Order error" or "Other":

By clicking on "Other" you will be able to provide more info and a screeshot, too:

Finally, click on "Send".
