You can cancel your order only if its status on the Yakkyofy Orders Tab is still "unfulfilled". Once the order status on your Yakkyofy dashboard is marked as "fulfilled" or "processing," cancellation is no longer possible.
1) For Shopify:
To cancel an order within your Shopify store, navigate to the "Orders" Tab inside your Shopify Store and select the order you wish to cancel. Next, click on the "More Actions" button and then select "Cancel Order."
If the order is unpaid or paid but still marked as "unfulfilled," the order will be automatically canceled in your Yakkyofy Dashboard, and if the order was paid, your money will be automatically refunded to your Yakkyofy eWallet.
However, if the order is already paid and marked as "processing," you can still cancel the order on Shopify. To ensure the cancellation is processed on Yakkyofy as well, you need to contact Yakkyofy Customer Care. You can reach us via email at info@yakkyofy.com or through Chat if you have subscribed to one of our Paid Plans. Provide the Yakkyofy order number and your cancellation request, and we will handle the rest to cancel the order on Yakkyofy.
2) For Woocommerce:
To cancel an order in Woocommerce, go to your WordPress store, click on Woocommerce, and then select the "Orders" tab. Choose the order you want to cancel. Orders can only be canceled if their status is "Processing."
To cancel, simply change the status from "Processing" to "Cancel" or "Refunded." This action will automatically cancel the order on your Yakkyofy Dashboard, and the payment will be refunded to your eWallet. If the order has a different status, you must contact Yakkyofy Customer Care with the cancellation request and the order number. Reach out to us at info@yakkyofy.com or via Chat if you have subscribed to one of our Paid Plans, and inform us as soon as possible.
Please note that Woocommerce statuses differ from those on Yakkyofy, so orders can only be canceled if their Yakkyofy status is "Unfulfilled."
If the order is unpaid, you can also cancel it directly from your Yakkyofy Dashboard. To do this, go to the Orders > Dropshipping tab, click on the "⚙️" icon, and then select "Cancel."
Finally, confirm your cancellation on Yakkyofy by clicking "Confirm."
