How can I pay for my Wholesale orders?

After you receive your wholesale quotation, to see your quote, you need to complete your Billing Info inside your Account Settings Tab.

After that, you need to: 

- Visit your Quotation>Wholesale Tab and click on the quotation you want to buy

- Click the “New Wholesale” button inside the Order>Wholesale Tab.

Choose where to ship your order:

• Shenzhen, if you need to ship the product to our warehouse

• Custom address, if you need to ship outside China

At this point, click the “Checkout” button and proceed with the payment.

Now you have three payment options:

1. you can choose to pay with PayPal: the payment will be immediate and your order will be processed immediately, but you will need to pay for PayPal transaction fee.

2. you can choose to pay via Bank transfer: you will pay less your for transaction fee, but your order will be processed only after your money is received in our Bank account, so maybe 1 or 2 days after the payment.

3. you can choose to pay via Card: you will pay less your for transaction fee, but your order will be processed only after your money is received in our Bank account, so maybe 1 or 2 days after the payment.

When you click the “Pay Via Bank Transfer” button, you will receive an email with all the details for the payment.

After we receive the money, you will receive another email, with the order confirmation.
