The shipping time is calculated in business days. This means that if the estimated shipping time is 9 days, it will be 9 working days after an order has been shipped. Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday or any public holidays. Please understand that all the estimates are based on normal circumstances, it is not a guarantee of the delivery time.
The shipping/delivery performance also varies from country to country but also from city to city Yakkyofy understands how important fast delivery is, so we always choose the most stable and fastest shipping method for our customers. However, Yakkyofy is not responsible for the delays or delivery failures resulting from any force majeure event such as war, bad weather, natural disaster, or any other event beyond our direct control such as customs issues, strikes, or accidents.
Besides the shipping time, also the processing time must be considered. The processing time is the time between when we receive a paid-order from you and when we ship it out. When items are not in stock in our warehouse, the processing time will be between 3 and 5 business days. In fact, when the items are not in stock, we need to purchase them from suppliers and wait for the goods to arrive at our warehouse. When items are already in stock then the processing time will be 1 - 2 business days. When the items are in limited stock, in shortage, or no longer available, we will update the supply status in the Yakkyofy dashboard and send a notification to our customers.
